Zach Powers – Executive Director
Zach started at PYW in October, 2004. He first served as Program Director, and then stepped up as Executive Director in April, 2007. Zach has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Conservation and a Masters Degree in Environmental Education from UNH. He has lived in NH his whole life, and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors.

Ashley Perron – Program Director
Ashley and her family have been residents of Pittsfield since 2013. She comes to PYW with a background in therapeutic secondary education focusing on social emotional learning, project based learning, adventure based counseling, and outdoor education. She lives a very active lifestyle and has a passion for kids, animals, and the outdoors. Ashley and her family share their home with their dogs, cats, goats, bunnies, chickens, and ducks. She loves horse back riding, gardening, cooking, rock climbing, flat water and white water paddling, surfing, skiing and hiking. Ashley quotes, “As a resident of Pittsfield and a parent of children in the school district, I am so excited to further strengthen my own ties within our community given this wonderful opportunity representing PYW as the Program Director. Pittsfield is blessed to have the safe and accepting space that PYW offers for our kids and am beyond proud to be apart of it”.
